Journal Writing is Important

So they weren't kidding when they told us that writing down stuff will help us remember...and with that being said I will just go ahead and say that the past couple weeks have been pretty terrible with journal writing! That is why I can't think of anything to write about when I sit down and it comes time to email! :) Next week I'm going to do a lot better with that! Well it is transfer week and I'm going to Trinité! I'm leaving Fort-de-France and heading up there to be with Elder Rowley! I'm really looking forward to it and I had a feeling I would be going there so I wasn't surprised! Elder Rowley is a sweet missionary as well so that will be awesome! The Zone Leader life has come to an end and I sure am grateful for the time the Lord allowed me to spend as a Leader! 7 transfers. I've seen so much blessings in my life over the past 7 transfers and so much growth! Being a leader truly pushed me and I knew that the Lord put a lot of trust in me so I felt great desire to not let that trust go to waste! I'm so thankful for my Mission President as well who put so much trust into me as well. Elder Belnap has been a great companion and I'm a little said that I don't get to spend one more transfer with him but at least we are still on the same island and he is still my zone leader! He is a great leader and I learned a lot from him as he has been a great example to me! I truly have been blessed with amazing companions but I'm sure that no matter who I would have as a companion, it would be great. That is what is great about the gospel, if a person is living the gospel to the best of their abilities they will have a much easier time loving others and I have truly experienced that! behold the truthfulness of this message, 13 But behold, that which is of God inviteth and enticeth to do good continually; wherefore, every thing which inviteth and enticeth to do good, and to love God, and to serve him, is inspired of God. moroni 7:13

We had a pretty good week, things are going good and life is still great! Friday, basically everything that we had planned fell through and that was a bummer but we still managed to make the best of it and have a great day! We did a couple exchanges with some other missionaries and had some great learning experiences! The Family that just got baptized is doing great and I have been thankful for the support that the members are having towards this family! The father has been having a lot of questions lately so we are doing our best to keep up with his questions! :) Things are great and life is great also! I send my love and prayers and I will send a better email next week! :) love elder Peterson

Also, that is a building we started contacting!
